Privacy PolicyTerms of Service

AVOW Digital ("AVOW," "we," "us," or "our") builds and hosts websites and operates a marketing dashboard for real-estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and business information: information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, website, and preferences.
  • Lead and contact information: information submitted through websites and forms that we operate for our customers, which we process on their behalf.
  • Website and product usage: pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information, and analytics events collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Connected-service information: information from third-party services that you choose to connect, including Google services, MLS or IDX providers, email services, and payment services.

2. Google user data we access

Connecting Google to AVOW is optional. When an authorized dashboard user chooses to connect Google, AVOW requests only the permissions needed to provide the visible Google integration features in the dashboard:

  • Google account email: used to identify and display which Google account is connected to an AVOW website.
  • Google Analytics: read-only access used to list available GA4 properties and web streams and display reporting summaries for the property the user selects.
  • Google Search Console: read-only access used to list available website properties and display search-performance summaries for the property the user selects.
  • Google Business Profile: access used to list accounts and locations the user manages, display business information and reviews, update selected business information, and publish or delete a review reply only when an authorized user explicitly requests that action.

AVOW does not use these permissions to sign you into the AVOW dashboard, and it does not make Google Business Profile changes automatically.

3. How we use information

We use information to build and operate customer websites, provide dashboard features, route and manage leads, deliver requested communications, process payments, provide support, protect our services, and improve product reliability. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the Google-connected features that are visible to the user who authorized the connection.

4. Google API Limited Use

AVOW Digital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

AVOW stores the authorization tokens needed to maintain a connection, the connected account identifier, selected property or location identifiers, and synchronized reporting summaries. OAuth tokens are available only to server-side systems and are protected by access controls. We keep connected-service information only while it is needed to provide the integration or meet legitimate security and legal obligations.

An authorized dashboard user can choose Disconnect Google under Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting deletes the active Google authorization tokens, removes the synchronized Google connection data from the active dashboard, and stops future synchronization. You can also revoke AVOW's access from your Google Account connections. To request deletion of account or connected-service information, email privacy@avowdigital.com.

6. Sharing and human access

We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, communicate through, and operate AVOW; when a user directs us to interact with a connected service; or when required by law. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and must protect it.

AVOW personnel do not access Google user data except when necessary to provide user-requested support, investigate security or abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service using appropriately limited access.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, role-based access, tenant and site boundaries, server-only credential access, and logging of sensitive dashboard actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. You may disconnect an integration at any time without closing your AVOW account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

10. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@avowdigital.com. General support is available at support@avowdigital.com.
