AVOW Digital ("AVOW", "we", "us") builds and hosts websites and a marketing dashboard for real-estate professionals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.

1. Information we collect

• Account data you give us — name, business, email, phone and billing details.
• Lead & contact data your website visitors submit, which we process on your behalf.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and analytics events, collected via cookies and similar tools.
• Integration data from services you connect, such as your MLS, analytics or email tools.

2. How we use it

We use your information to build and operate your website, run the dashboard and its AI features, respond to and route leads, process payments, provide support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information or your visitors' information.

3. AI features

Our AI tools score leads, draft follow-up messages and generate marketing content using your site and account data. You review and control what is sent. We do not use your clients' personal data to train third-party foundation models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email and analytics), with integrations you explicitly connect, or when required by law. Each provider is bound to protect your data.

5. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing.

6. Data retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and regular review. If you close your account, we return or delete your data on request.

These terms govern your use of AVOW Digital's websites, dashboard and related services. By starting a project or using the dashboard, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.

1. What we provide

AVOW designs and builds a website, hosts it, and provides access to the marketing dashboard and its AI features under the plan you select. Deliverables and timelines are agreed in your proposal or order form.

2. Fees & billing

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• One-time design & build fees are due before launch, per your order form.
• You can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' notice; fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content, listings and claims you publish, for holding the rights to any materials you provide, and for complying with real-estate advertising, fair-housing and MLS rules that apply to you.

4. Ownership

You own your domain, brand assets and content. On full payment, you own the design of your website. AVOW retains ownership of the dashboard, its software and any underlying tools and templates.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the services to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Warranties & liability

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care but "as is", without other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AVOW Digital is incorporated.
